Policy on 'Free' Shipping Method
Free shipping is available under the following conditions:

• Your order is under the weight of 32KG after packing materials have been factored in.
• Your order is over the value dictated on our delivery information page

Making an order over the weight of 32KG is not possible on our website, orders for large quantities or weights must be made over the phone because of the bespoke nature of the shipping cost of orders over that weight. Please contact us at 0118 32 62 402 if you are unable to complete an order because of a weight warning.

Returns Policy
We enforce a 'no quibble' returns policy as long as items are returned to us under the following conditions:

• Unopened
• As they were delivered
• Returned within 7 days of purchase

Sending a product back to us that has been accepted for a return

Please send any returns to us at Returns, Camp'N Shop Ltd, Silchester, Reading, Hampshire, RG7 2PL in SAFE & SECURE packaging to ensure they are sent back to us in a manner that is acceptable. In the same vein that we accept responsibility for your orders up until they are in your hands, please accept the same responsibility!

Suggested methods of posting:

• Courier with tracking faculties and insurance to the amount of the price of the item being sent
• The Royal Mail or Parcel Force with insurance to the amount of the price of the item being sent

Gift Cards and vouchers

Our definition of 'forever' is as follows

• The physical life of the card - if the card is no longer legible or readable, we cannot replace it.
• 'Forever' is chiefly determined by The Camp'N Shop Ltd being in trade - if for some reason we should cease trading, the card is automatically invalid and should be destroyed.

Gift cards will become invalid if one of the following should happen

• If for some reason The Camp'N Shop Ltd should cease trading, all unused gift cards are terminated, can no longer be used, and is invalid.
• The card is destroyed
• The card is lost

Gift cards and vouchers are also bound by the following rules and requirements
